Job summary

ALDI is seeking a Store Associate in Quakertown, PA to merchandise and stock product, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with starting wages around $19.50 per hour and planned increases in Year 2–Year 5. Candidates must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate typical store equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Inform store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use POS system to scan and process purchases and report errors.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Open additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly according to planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist management in efficiency goals.
• Support safety, inventory procedures, and general cleaning per company standards.
