Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in cash handling and POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to read plan-o-grams and follow merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes; store merchandise or move to sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays and stock/rotate merchandise on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise and assist customers in locating items.
• Clean store areas and restrooms, take out trash, and keep store tidy.
• Greet customers and operate the cash register to total purchases and bag items.
• Handle payments and give change; assist with ordering merchandise using handheld scanners.
• Help with sidewalk displays and front-end store maintenance.
