Dollar General Corporation is seeking a store associate to act as the point of contact for customers, assist in plan-o-grams, stock merchandise, and protect company assets. You will help maximize profitability and teamwork while maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, receiving and stocking, building displays, assisting customers, handling cash, and keeping areas clean. Relocation assistance is not available; Dollar General is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers and assisting with locating merchandise.
• Reading and following plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation guidance.
• Understanding and applying basic cash handling procedures.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks and stock shelves.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; store merchandise in stock room or on sales floor.
• Build merchandise displays and rotate stock on shelves.
• Restock recovered merchandise and keep displays tidy.
• Assist customers by locating items and answering questions.
• Operate cash register and bag merchandise; process payments and make change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using scanners as needed.
• Clean front end, restock and set up sidewalk displays when required.
