Job summary

ALDI USA in Franklin, IN is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to help merchandise and stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You’ll deliver superb customer service by collaborating with the ALDI team and supporting a fast, accurate checkout experience.

The role requires 30+ hours weekly with starting wages at $19.00 per hour and scheduled increases each year through Year 5. Full benefits and competitive pay are provided for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate the POS system to process purchases.
• Stock shelves and merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Assist management to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Open additional check lanes as required to ensure checkout efficiency.
• Follow loss prevention procedures.
• Support coverage and attendance reliability.
