Responsibilities include driving sales, managing inventory, visual merchandising, and ensuring healthy store operations. A strong customer focus, flexibility to work weekends, and effective teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric approach with strong service orientation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflows and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with team to meet store sales and operational goals while following policies and safety rules.
