Finish Line in Nashville is seeking an Associate to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will help drive sales, manage merchandise, and assist with store upkeep.

The role requires a friendly, reliable team player with strong communication, a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, and basic math/POS skills. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals and adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
