Job summary

Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. You must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Customer-focused service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals while following health and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional duties and projects as needed.
