Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will contribute to sales, merchandise execution, and maintaining a safe, compliant environment in a dynamic retail setting.

The role emphasizes customer centricity, teamwork, and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a vibrant team.

Formación

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets preferred.
• Customer-focused and able to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Weekly availability with mornings, days, and nights based on business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; ensure policy and safety compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; follow store policies and safety regulations.
• Take on additional duties and projects as required.
