Job summary

ALDI is seeking a store associate to help keep shelves stocked and the checkout running smoothly in Danvers, MA. You will merchandise products, assist customers, operate the POS, and uphold cash policies while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Starting wage is $20.50 per hour with 30+ hours per week on a full-time schedule. Opportunities for wage increases are provided as you gain tenure and take on responsibilities with the ALDI team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Operate the POS system to process transactions and handle cash.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising per planograms.
• Open additional check lanes to improve checkout efficiency.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe working conditions.
