Job summary

ALDI USA in Brockton, MA is hiring a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service and work with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience.

The role is full-time with an average of 30+ hours per week, starting wage of $20.50 per hour and scheduled wage increases through Year 5. Candidates must be at least 18 with a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
