Job summary

Qualifications

• Handle claims and returns, organize merchandise and supplies, identify shrink and damages, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Provide customer service by acknowledging customers, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, rotating, and pricing items, and ensuring displays are secure.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using the inventory management system and perform bin audits.
• Interact with customers and associates respectfully, and safeguard valuable merchandise and data.
