Your work may involve moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. The fast‑paced role can be physically demanding, but it’s a great way to build a career in retail.

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

What You’ll Do

• Promptly unload trucks and move inventory.
• Assist fellow associates and members throughout the store.
• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and offering guidance.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, arranging, and labeling product displays.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring proper rotation and compliance with sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize tasks and improve processes.
• Assist with club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged according to policy.
