Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in lobby, drive-thru, or by telephone to assist customers while minimizing wait time.
• Regularly balance cash drawer and report outages to supervisor following policies.
• Sell official banking items (money orders, checks) to provide customers with ways to manage finances.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer and internal inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and positive customer interactions with co-workers.
• Assist other departments and branches with transactions and merchant verifications as needed.
