Job summary

First National Bank of Granbury in Wisconsin seeks a friendly Teller to process transactions and assist customers in lobby, drive-thru, or by phone. You will balance cash drawers, verify accuracy, and promote services such as money orders and official checks while delivering a positive experience.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions such as cash handling and customer service.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Superior customer service skills are required.
• Must be able to work on scheduled Saturdays from 8:30 - Noon.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and be an effective information source for our customers in lobby, drive-thru, or by telephone.
• Balance cash drawer regularly and report outages to supervisor.
• Sell money orders and official checks to offer customers various ways to handle finances.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Assist other departments and branches with transactions and merchant verifications as needed.
