• Cleans and sanitizes display cases and operates equipment properly.
• Complies with food safety and sanitation standards and department procedures.
• Handles bakery, deli, and prepared foods tasks as assigned.
• Performs inventory management and ensures catering orders are ready for pickup when applicable.
