Qualifications

• Completion of Company Orientation.
• Food safety and sanitation training on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service.
• Takes orders by telephone or in person.
• Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh products.
• Rotates and culls products for quality; assists setup/cleanup.
• Uses ordering systems; supports Fresh Production Planner.
• Implements inventory processes (MSI, PAW) as needed.
• Ensures catering orders are ready for pickup when applicable.
• Performs sanitation and maintenance on deli equipment.
