Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English
• Perform basic math including calculation of change
• Validate identification prior to selling tobacco/alcohol
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per policies
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
• Work in various temperature environments

Responsibilities

• Managing the cash register during the shift, keeping money balanced
• Stocking products on shelves and keeping the store clean and professional
• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, staff
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in store and surrounding area
• Troubleshooting car wash related issues as needed
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales
• Escalate high-priority issues to management
• Additional duties as assigned
