Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the cash wrap and provide personalized service.
• Handle register/POS transactions, sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise and use price overrides when needed.
• Communicate product information, care, and delivery timeframes to customers.
• Offer product suggestions and share promotions to maximize sales.
• Keep the cash wrap area stocked and visually appealing.
• Support associates and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Treat teammates with respect and uphold the People-First philosophy.
