Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers' transactional needs, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller tasks.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests (new/replacement cards, information changes, PIN resets, etc.).
• Educates customers on standard products and digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking needs.
• Assists team members and refers complex needs to specialists as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
