Qualifications

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Process transactions accurately and fulfill basic servicing requests.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile/online/ATM).
• Assist team members and escalate complex needs to specialists.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
