Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Notary license/appointment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and guide on bank products and services using established guidelines and service standards.
• Assist customers with transactions and inquiries per guidelines, including account balances and history.
• Support Teller or Teller Manager duties and Financial Service Representative tasks as needed.
• Build relationships with community and consumer clients to meet branch targets for new accounts and teller operations.
• Maintain compliance with laws, internal controls, and risk management policies; follow security protocols.
• Ensure regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
