Security Bank of Kansas City is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Leawood branch. You will lead a team, coach tellers, and drive sales while building lasting relationships with customers through in-person, phone, and email interactions.

You bring 2–3 years in banking or retail with strong leadership and communication, and a high school diploma. This full-time role emphasizes service, compliance, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years banking, retail or sales experience.
• General knowledge of traditional bank products/services.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a customer-facing banking center.

Responsabilités
