Job summary

M/I Homes Inc. is seeking a customer care representative to assist in providing customer care and administrative services within the division Customer Care department. Responsibilities include answering warranty calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining service files.

Qualifications

• Basic academic and practical skills gained through school curriculum.
• General knowledge of administrative and office functions.

Responsibilities

• Answers warranty telephone lines and troubleshoots customer issues.
• Schedules service appointments with Technicians and customers.
• Prepares and processes warranty work orders and inspection requests.
• Provides general administrative support including data entry and report preparation.
