Job summary

Colders is an employee-owned furniture retailer in Wisconsin seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to unload and sort products, store inventory, assist with customer pickups, and inspect items for damage. The role supports a fast-paced warehouse environment with growth opportunities through personal development.

The schedule is 1st shift, Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, with hands-on duties including unloading trailers, moving items within the warehouse, using scanners, and prepping

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects.
• Forklift experience preferred but training provided.
• Physical activities including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort furniture and appliances from semi-trailers.
• Move products to correct locations within the warehouse and use order picker for shelving.
• Assist in retrieving products from warehouse and loading into customer vehicles.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage.
• Pick products from inventory using scanners and route to shipping lanes.
