• Lean / Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end Customer Care processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs and process documentation across teams.
• Lead rollout of new initiatives, tools, and service models with change management plans.
