Job summary

Lineage Logistics in New York is seeking a dedicated customer service supervisor to oversee daily office and customer service activities supporting warehouse operations.

You will train staff, handle billing and claims, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with Operations to improve on-time turnaround and monthly performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years customer service experience in warehousing and/or distribution environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Serve as point of contact to receive billing and customer claims.
• Handle escalated customer issues and validate the claims.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet on-time turnaround goals.
• Partner with Operations to prepare regular reports of customer activity.
• Conduct root cause assessment to proactively improve customer services month over month.
