Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, is hiring Contact Center Representatives on a temp to hire basis for our 11/9 training class. You will deliver personalized support with a focus on one-call resolution and handle high-volume inbound calls related to billing, move requests, outages, and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state‑accepted equivalency certificate.
• At least two years of customer service and/or related business experience.
• Available to work scheduled shifts within the Contact Center’s operating hours.

Responsabilités

• Deliver consistently high standard of service aligned with customer expectations.
• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls when required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while showing empathy and resolving issues.
• Actively listen to customers and confirm information for effective resolution.
• Independently respond to customer questions via phone and correspondence.
• Document each interaction in the customer information system.
• Build knowledge of applications and water utility services.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
