Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in San Rafael, CA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company’s service team.

You will assist customers, help with rentals, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan technology to dispatch and return gear. This part-time role offers on-the-job education, a two-interview process with paid interviews, a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 bonus after certification, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
