Responsibilities

• Execute quotes, orders, returns, and other order management tasks accurately.
• Craft product discrepancy specifications for customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Understand and execute contractual agreements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Applications Eng., and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Communicate professionally with strong written and grammar skills.
• Be flexible across customers, markets, and segments to ensure timely responses.
• Participate in training and project activities as identified.
• Represent customers in a professional manner.
