Palmdale Oil is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Vero Beach call center team. This full-time clerical role focuses on delivering exceptional service, handling inbound calls, and supporting customer retention in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You will resolve inquiries, manage data entry, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate information and timely responses. The position is office-based at the Vero Beach location.

Qualifications

• Moderate knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based applications.
• Must have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented.
• Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Solves customer service issues to achieve satisfaction and retention.
• Heavy inbound calls while using multiple software platforms.
• Responds to inquiries including pricing, billing, and setting up new orders.
• Maintain accurate customer data and transactions through data entry.
• Prospect for potential leads via phone and email.
• Explain features and benefits of programs and suggest based on customer needs.
