NextEra Energy in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our on-site team. You will handle a high volume of customer calls, educate customers on energy use, and resolve issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.

The role offers full-time hours, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with a schedule Monday–Friday, on-site work at 9088 Pine Forest Rd.

Responsabilités

• Handle a wide range of inbound customer calls, including billing inquiries
• Use real-time information to resolve customer needs on the first call
• Educate customers on energy use and assist when things don’t go as expected
• Research, troubleshoot, and solve problems to deliver solutions
• Take proactive steps and follow up to achieve one-contact resolution
• Build emotional connections by understanding needs and showing empathy
• Collaborate with supervisors and teams using Teams, Webex, and webcams
