American Power & Gas is hiring a Customer Solutions Representative to join a dynamic onsite team in Saint Petersburg, FL. Open to entry to experienced candidates, this role combines inside sales and top-notch customer service in a call-center style environment.

You'll receive paid training, weekly pay, and a base salary with commissions. The schedule is Mon–Fri 8:30–5:00, with no weekends, and opportunities for career growth in green energy solutions.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; entry-level, mid-level and experienced candidates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills to engage customers effectively.
• Team-oriented call center environment with ability to handle a high volume of calls.

Responsabilités

• Engage with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and guiding them through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center setting with emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a team and receive ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
