Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Voice Support Agent to be the first contact for customers and store team members by phone. You will resolve inquiries, assist with orders, and maintain a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include handling calls, updating records in the case system, meeting performance goals, and collaborating with teams to solve complex issues while maintaining product knowledge and policy updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years in customer service.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• French/English or Spanish/English desired but not required.
• ASE preferred for automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with empathy and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Assist customers with order placement, shipping inquiries, billing questions, and product availability.
• De-escalate sensitive situations while maintaining customer trust.
• Update customer information and interactions in the case management system.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and store associates to resolve complex issues.
• Stay current on product knowledge, policies, and system updates through continuous learning.
