Van's Home Center is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the front line for daily customer and vendor interactions, addressing inquiries, tracking orders, notifying pickup, and providing clear, helpful directions to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Able to plan workload efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Tracking purchase orders and proactively updating customers on the status of their order
• Notifying customers who are picking up from our store that their order has arrived and schedule pick-up of their order
• Complete necessary paperwork (pick tickets, etc.), return customer calls, and respond to customer inquiries
• Assisting members of the Customer Service team as needed per the direction of the Customer Service Manager
