Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in manufactured/modular housing desired.

Responsibilities

• Talks with customers by phone to go over the customer list.
• Review retailer checkout sheets for items wrong with home.
• Guide contractors working for the plant.
• Enter service orders into the service system.
• Assign correct parts to each service order.
