Job summary

Bell and Howell in Durham, NC seeks a Customer Care Specialist to support our customer service team. You will update databases, answer support calls, and keep records of important information for smooth operations.

Responsibilities include logging data in the CRM, coordinating with sales and service, handling returns (RMA), tracking equipment and deliveries, and maintaining pricing records. Shift is Sat-Wed 7am–3:30pm with pay of $18/hour.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination is required.
• Direct customer interaction is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone support calls and log data into CRM software.
• Interact with customers, sales and service staff for pre- and post-sales service.
• Process returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges and update status in systems.
• Maintain records of returns, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate after-hours shipment of emergency parts.
• Ensure seamless transition of activities between shifts.
