The schedule requires Tue–Thu 9:30am–6pm and Sat–Sun 10:30am–7pm, with in-office work Tue–Thu and some weekday flexibility; weekend shifts are mandatory.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour, reflecting a hands-on customer support position in a busy call-center style environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service via phone, chat and email.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts including Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

Customer care experience with products in a call center type environment using phones, chats and emails. Taking calls from customers.

Requirements

The schedule : Tues, Wed, Thurs 9:30am to 6pm, Sat & Sun 10:30am to 7pm, Tues, Wed and Thurs will be in the office. There is some flexibility in the weekdays chosen, but Sat & Sun are set as mandatory.
