Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Computer proficiency – SAP and Microsoft Office, experience with Excel preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demands in a fast-paced, time-sensitive work environment.
• Comfortable with and able to manage conflict.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer concerns and enter details into the CRM.
• Process all customer sample orders via coordination with warehouse.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure accurate transactions.
• Produce reports on complaint trends and improve processes.
• Liaise between customers and the organization to maintain high satisfaction.
