Cable One, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care and Sales Advisor I for an in-office role with Sparklight. You will respond to customer inquiries, provide billing and service guidance, and help customers understand product options while building trust.

You will grow into handling more complex issues, work on retention, upsell additional services, and input orders accurately. The position emphasizes empathetic communication and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to ask fact-finding questions to identify solutions.
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Working knowledge of Cable One products and services.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain composed and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or ticketing systems with personalized communication.
• Identify customer needs, listen empathetically, and offer solutions.
• Handle requests to disconnect, schedule service, or modify products.
• Upsell services and input orders accurately.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
