Overview:

Join a compassionate call center team dedicated to pets and their owners!

As a Customer Care Associate, you will guide pet owners through their insurance journey with empathy, explaining coverage, assisting with claims, and resolving concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support and Knowledge: Provide compassionate service via phone, answering questions about coverage, claims, and billing.
  2. Educate and Empower: Explain plan features and benefits clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
  3. Claims Assistance: Help with filing and tracking claims, gathering documentation, and setting expectations.
  4. Problem Solving: Resolve billing or policy issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Organization and Compliance: Document interactions accurately and adhere to industry regulations.
  6. Growth: Participate in regular training and embrace new technologies to improve service.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of contact center customer service experience, preferably in insurance or pet-related fields.

Schedule & Remote Requirements:

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
  • Schedules including Saturdays will be confirmed upon offer.

Remote Setup:

  • Reliable internet (min. 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up).
  • Comfortable, distraction-free home workspace.
  • No background disruptions or interruptions during work hours.
