Job summary

Key Accountabilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 2 years of customer service experience in banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing, or sales.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (eligible for a competitive language differential).

Benefits and Compensation

Shift: 12:00pm – 9:00pm (eligible for shift premium). Pay range: $17.00 – $26.14 per hour. Base pay may vary by location and qualifications. Total compensation may include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities.
