Job Description

We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative. A CSR acts as a liaison, provides product/service information, and resolves customer issues efficiently. The ideal CSRs are genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers, patient, empathetic, and excellent communicators. They can empathize with customers and advocate for them when needed. Gathering customer feedback and troubleshooting are natural to them. The goal is to deliver excellent service, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust through open communication
  • Provide accurate, complete information using proper tools/methods
  • Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle complaints, offer solutions, and follow up for resolution
  • Maintain records of interactions and process customer accounts
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Engage customers proactively
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Customer-focused with adaptability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Outbound calling experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills a plus
  • Sales and upselling experience preferred
  • Spanish proficiency advantageous
  • Minimum age of 18

  • Authorized to work in the US (excluding certain states)
