Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Customer Service Professional in Plymouth, MN to act as the primary customer contact, manage orders, and provide timely information. You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers, Plant personnel, and fellow CS teammates, using ERP/CRM/Pricing systems, EDI processes, and product information portals to support customers.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in customer service (manufacturing preferred), strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service; manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong and proven communication skills (oral & written).
• Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers and provide timely information.
• Proactively assist customers via email, phone, and portal updates.
• Manage customer orders ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers, Plant personnel, and colleagues.
• Use ERP/CRM/Pricing systems and other product information portals; assist with VOC feedback.
