Job summary

Haffner's is seeking a customer service representative to deliver outstanding experiences to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits, handling delivery, service and technical support concerns from start to finish.

The role requires at least 3 years of customer service experience and 1 year in the heating/energy sector, with proficiency in MS Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word and strong communication skills. Weekend/evening shifts may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, positive customer service via telephone, email, and lobby visits.
• Take ownership of issues from start to finish for delivery, service, and technical support.
• Research and clarify information using scripts and SOPs; escalate when needed.
• Develop new business opportunities by promoting products and services.
• Maintain documentation for customers and update records in the system.
