Job summary

Haffner’s seeks a customer service representative to deliver an outstanding experience to our customers via phone, email, and in-person visits. You will own issues from initial contact through resolution, addressing delivery and service questions with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities include promoting products, documenting interactions in our systems, and supporting a fast-paced operation. Prior call center and heating/energy experience is preferred; MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Heating and Energy sector.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, positive customer service to Haffner’s customers via telephone, email, and lobby visits.
• Take ownership of delivery, service, and technical support issues from start to finish.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers by promoting company products and services.
• Input data/call documentation into the company system to keep records updated.
