Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Clinical Care Pharmacist to manage patient and provider communications, ensure accurate prescription processing, and perform pre-verification to uphold quality and compliance.

Based onsite, you will review prescriptions for accuracy, perform calculation checks, and advise providers on therapy and dosing to tailor care. This full-time role offers a supportive, patient-centered culture with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree.

Position Overview:

The Clinical Care Pharmacist manages patient and provider communications, ensures accurate prescription processing, and performs pre-verification to uphold quality control and compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs.
