Lineage is seeking a customer service associate to process orders, track product availability, and promptly handle customer inquiries. The role involves invoicing, reporting, and coordinating with the warehouse team to meet daily demands.

Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills are required. Candidates should be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and maintain professional customer relationships.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English may be required.
• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.

Mansioni

• Process customer orders and track product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Invoice and verify accounts accurately and timely.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships professionally.
• Generate customer reports (weekly, monthly).
• Coordinate product availability and daily shifts with warehouse team.
• Coordinate with Operations on client requests; expediting as needed.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues.
• Maintain and file documentation in an organized manner.
• Partner with Inventory and Operations to resolve discrepancies.
