Job summary

CVIVO? CIVCO Medical Solutions in Coralville, IA, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator for 100% in-office work. You will handle orders, credits, and returns, take inbound calls, and resolve customer needs while coordinating with internal teams.

You will also respond to website chat inquiries, quote field sales, and maintain product and price information. Pay starts at $17/hour with a quarterly incentive plan.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• 1–3 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, credits, and returns in Infor and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet terms.
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve needs.
• Process product returns and credits as required.
• Respond to website chat inquiries and escalate upsell opportunities when appropriate.
• Provide internal customer service to other departments.
