Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Harrisburg. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing order details, delivery status, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain exceptional service and timely reporting. Prior experience in customer service or office administration is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service or office administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail while handling inquiries.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Temco Logistics’ delivery/services is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information about orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing questions and requests.
• Follow up to ensure customers are satisfied with delivery and installation services.
• Resolve issues and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor.
• Monitor delivery schedules to provide real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services to support inquiries.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
