Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, licensed insurance professional to serve as our Customer Care Manager. This position combines consultative account management, customer retention, coverage reviews, sales, and team mentorship.

The ideal candidate has a successful insurance or related sales background and can confidently review full customer accounts, uncover coverage gaps, recommend additional protection, and resolve escalated customer concerns.

Compensation

• $100,000–$120,000 per year
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications
